With three flexible sleeping areas—including a master suite with luxury bath, a second king suite, and a playful bunk room—this home is designed for families, couples, and small groups. Equestrian guests are welcomed with dedicated facilities for up to three horses, while all visitors enjoy mountain views, a screened porch with gas fireplace, and proximity to Eagles Nest Winery. Please note, some amenities are seasonal and winter access requires a capable vehicle.

Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • While staying at Mio Nido, guests have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest, including:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served
  • Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Minimum age: Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Children are allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Pet and Animal Policy

  • This property is not pet friendly except to horses. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. Dogs and other house animals are not allowed because the house has an interior metal spiral staircase that is hazardous to them.
  • Max 3 horses (no cribbers). One run-in shed 15x15 with automatic waterer, one dry-lot, two fenced pastures for rotation. Additional fees: $40 per horse per day. Refundable $500 security deposit and the renter must sign a release form.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional $200 amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Additional fees: $40 per horse per day. Refundable $500 security deposit and the renter must sign a release form.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

Parking and Vehicle Requirements

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • Free parking is available at the property.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
  • All homes have high-speed internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • The property includes: Bed linens, towels, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, and basic kitchen and cleaning amenities.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are installed in the property.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Special Notes and Restrictions

  • All visitors on the winery premises must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The North Pavilion hosts several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests may attend; however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
  • Eagles Nest is a developing community with construction currently ongoing in several neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
